This beautiful barn conversion has been fully refurbished including changing all the existing timber windows to our ORIGIN OW80 flush casement aluminium system. Choosing RAL9005 matt black really complements both the existing brickwork and cladding to the front and side elevations and the zinc cladded rear elevation.

To make the most and enhance the stunning view to the rear of the property we installed three sets of our Cortizo bonded sliding doors with a 20mm sight line giving an almost frameless and unspoiled look.

The installation also included single and french doors to the side elevations which we matched with our ORIGIN OB49 door system, with a matching flush profile to the windows and RAL colour it helped bring consistency to the build.

RATIONEL New Builds (Stanstead):

A project consisting of three new build properties, the client required windows with low U values incorporating an aluminium face for low maintenance and durability, the RATIONEL AURA + system fit this criteria perfectly with a U Value below 1.0 and a hard wearing aluminium face which was finished in RAL 7016 anthracite grey outside and a clear lacquered finish to the inside.

we also used our 44mm composite door for all entrance doors and RAL 7016 aluminium bi-fold doors for the ground floor rear elevation, this gave a modern feel and way of living for the open plan rear kitchen diner,
