A full refurbishment from top to bottom including new front porch extension and ground floor rear extensions, the client wanted a contemporary look using a premium brand, we offered the ORIGIN OW80 window profile and the ORIGIN OS-44 sliding door profile which complimented the build perfectly, the flush casement design finished off in RAL 7016 grey in and out really worked well with the red brick and the render detail.

all full height casements were used without the need for fanlights again giving a more modern and seamless feel to the windows with the majority of the rear elevation being done in sliding doors really enhanced and made the most of the stunning views they have out to the back of the property. we incorporated a SPITFIRE aluminium entrance door and an ORIGIN OW80 gable frame to the front porch which really sets this property off giving a real grand feel to the front of the house.
